Ryniant Sciences is a nonprofit biotech organization dedicated to transforming drug discovery through AI-driven innovation, collaborative research, and global accessibility. Our flagship Ominor Platform, currently under development, empowers scientists, academics, and medical pioneers to accelerate breakthroughs in rare, neglected, and complex diseases by integrating machine learning, multi-omics data, and real-world clinical insights. Through our subsidiaries—NeuroLuma (neurological solutions), RarusLuma (rare disease therapeutics), and CutisLuma (dermatological treatments)—we have the potential develop life-changing medicines with precision and efficiency.
Beyond research, we champion scientific accessibility through ISSA (International Science Students Association), ensuring that knowledge and technology reach underserved communities. At Ryniant Sciences, we believe that innovation should know no boundaries, and life-saving treatments should be within everyone’s reach.

Our Leadership
Naitik Mohanty
Chief Executive Officer, Chair, Co-Founder
High School Student at Sandra Day O'Connor High School. Researcher at Arizona State University. Has worked on numerous projects involving computational biology and bio-tech with professionals from distinguished academic institutions such as M.I.T, and ASU. Naitik is also a National Merit Semifinalist Scholar and in the 99th percentile of NMSQT test takers. Currently, he also serves on the Peoria City Council Youth Advisory Board.

Arnav Simha
Chief Operating Officer, Co-founder
Arnav Simha is a passionate STEM researcher with strong aspirations to become an aerospace engineer. He has shown incredible communication and presentation skills through his achievements in speech and debate, and he has placed and won in local and national level tournaments. On top of that, he is his school's Middle School Debate captain, furthering his leadership experience.

Jaideep Choppa
Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder
Jaideep Choppa is an innovative researcher at Arizona State University, focusing on the intersection of technology and health sciences. With a passion for research, he explores new methodologies in computational biology to advance healthcare solutions. Jaideep has consistently demonstrated academic excellence throughout his studies.

Dr. David Line
Board of Advisors Member

Dr. Line has taught public health at the graduate level since 2008 with appointments at the University of New England, A.T. Still University and Eastern Washington University. He acquired his B.S.H.A at Cornell University Prior to joining academia full time, Dave was with Apache County Arizona as the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Division Manager. While with Apache County for 20 years also ran a behavioral health program for youth-at-risk for the Arizona Office of the Courts.



Dr. Morteza Sarmadi

Morteza is a P.h.D from MIT. He attended Harvard Business School to compete in biotech-entrepreneurship. He is mentored by Robert Langer at Langer Labs, the co-founder of Moderna. He also is a Sr. Scientist at Gilead Sciences.


Mrs. Rachna Nath

I am a keynote speaker and a grant writer with domain expertise in sustainability, community engagement, education, and personal development. I have won the Presidential Award in Innovation and the Governor’s Celebration Award. I founded a STEM education platform for student mentorship called DRIBPL. I have also lectured at MIT for entrepreneurship


Dr. Beth Polidoro

Beth Polidoro is an Associate Professor of Environmental Chemistry and Aquatic Conservation in the School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences at Arizona State University. She also serves as Associate Director of Biodiversity Assessment in the Center for Biodiversity Outcomes, which is jointly housed in the School of Life Sciences and the Global Institute of Sustainability. Her primary research interests are in risk assessment and applied toxicology within the context of marine and freshwater biodiversity conservation, human health and international development.
